Requirements

  • University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent sales experience in industrial print business
  • 15+ years of experience in the printing industry; minimum 10 years of experience in a management function
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Customer/Partner & solution oriented
  • Strong negotiation skills with Senior Management level
  • Strategic Business & Sales Planning and drive to find new opportunities
  • Budget Management & Cost Optimization
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Partner Management knowledge
  • Fluent German and English; additional languages welcome
  • Leadership qualities and credibility

Tasks

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Manage sales and business development for OEM accounts
  • Negotiate long-term contracts with existing and new accounts
  • Establish professional relationships with C-level executives
  • Develop long-term business partnerships
  • Optimize partner compensation and investments
  • Participate in managing product supply and rollovers at OEM accounts
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to anticipate customer needs
