Tasks
- Drive commercial development and execution of Off-Site Construction strategy
- Achieve sales, margin, and sustainable growth objectives
- Build and expand key customer relationships
- Acquire new business and strengthen existing accounts
- Lead full commercial cycle, including account prioritization, pricing, and negotiations
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Translate insights into clear commercial priorities and actions
- Represent customer voice in segment strategy and value propositions
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools
- Ensure disciplined follow-up and accurate projections
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Deliver integrated solutions and improve customer experience
- Monitor financial performance and proactively manage risks
- Ensure profitability through effective pricing and margin management
