- Strong understanding of Nordic MSP/IT channel ecosystem
- Knowledge of MSP, TSP, security-focused tech markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Organised, detail-oriented, effective prioritising partners
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, modern sales tooling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding client satisfaction/retention targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), reporting software
Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of Nordic MSP partners
- Act as primary commercial contact for partners
- Operate within a distributor-aligned sales model
- Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
- Serve as escalation point for commercial issues
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Drive growth through upsell and cross-sell
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Negotiate contract terms and discounts
- Qualify and develop sales opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Track key metrics and partner performance
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
- Develop territory and account plans
- Segment partners by ICP fit and growth potential
- Align with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Follow ConnectWise sales methodology
- Engage in regular outbound partner interactions
