- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
- Experience in technical sales or business development (a plus, not required)
- Knowledge of motors, rotating machinery, or drive technology (advantageous)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Interest in technology and industrial applications
- Ability to manage own planning and priorities
- Native German speaker (must)
- Strong command of English (required)
- Other East European language is a plus
Tasks
- Develop and expand Geared Motors business
- Build long-term relationships with partners, OEMs, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities
- Execute commercial strategy
- Negotiate contracts
- Close deals
- Configure and select Geared Motors using internal tools
- Collaborate with factories and internal support functions
- Handle customer escalations
- Analyse market trends
- Assess customer needs
- Identify potential growth areas
- Promote digital tools and e-commerce solutions
