- •Conduct customer onboarding sessions
- •Understand customers' problems, needs, and wishes
- •Create tailored solutions for customers
- •Support a diverse, global client base
- •Develop a deep understanding of the software
- •Contribute ideas for product improvements
- •Suggest enhancements for the product roadmap
- •Provide input for the help center and other content assets
- •Coordinate feature requests and customer bug reports
- •Gather customer requirements within the team
