Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, statistics, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management roles
- Previous experience in data analytics
- Previous experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English, additional language is a plus
Tasks
- Analyze key performance metrics like guest satisfaction and speed of service
- Conduct root cause analysis to address underperformance
- Use guest feedback to drive improvements in guest experience
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Prepare regular reports on drive-thru utilization and guest satisfaction
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to share insights
- Collaborate with franchisee partners to gather feedback
- Ensure data accuracy by verifying quality with the RBI data team
- Manage ongoing data requests and incorporate new data sources
- Create presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership
- Lead analysis on test markets to assess impact on operational metrics
