- •Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, statistics, finance, or related field
- •3+ years of experience in restaurant management roles
- •Previous experience in data analytics
- •Previous experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx
- •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Fluency in English, additional language is a plus

- •Analyze key performance metrics like guest satisfaction and speed of service
- •Conduct root cause analysis to address underperformance
- •Use guest feedback to drive improvements in guest experience
- •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau
- •Prepare regular reports on drive-thru utilization and guest satisfaction
- •Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to share insights
- •Collaborate with franchisee partners to gather feedback
- •Ensure data accuracy by verifying quality with the RBI data team
- •Manage ongoing data requests and incorporate new data sources
- •Create presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership
- •Lead analysis on test markets to assess impact on operational metrics
