- •DACH region experience and labor law knowledge
- •HR strategy and business priority alignment
- •Understanding of HR laws and practices
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Independent work and hybrid collaboration skills
- •Experience with HRIS and SAP (plus)

Tasks
- •Advise employees on HR policies and procedures
- •Administer performance reviews and development plans
- •Ensure compliance with local employment laws
- •Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
- •Partner with managers on employee engagement initiatives
- •Collaborate with Business Partners to ensure continuity
- •Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
- •Contribute to HR process improvement projects
- •Resolve escalated issues from the Tier 1 team
- •Guide leaders through complex conflict resolution
- •Address and resolve intricate payroll discrepancies
- •Participate actively in local office events
