Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related life science field; Pharmaceutical Representative qualification is a plus
- At least 4–5 years commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- Proven track record in strategic account management and market development
- Hands-on experience in rare disease environments
- Strong understanding of complex stakeholder dynamics
- Deep knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and patient access processes
- Exposure to high-cost specialty therapies is ideal
- Scientific agility to engage with complex clinical data
- Ability to translate clinical data into compelling, compliant customer discussions
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ownership of results
- Thriving in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder
- Experience working across cross-functional teams
- Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
