Tasks
- Deliver daily operational responsibilities for an exceptional 24/7 resident experience
- Manage marketing, building maintenance, and tenancy administration
- Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and third parties
- Handle all sales and letting activities
- Greet and qualify prospects
- Conduct property tours and show apartments
- Manage the application, credit screening, and background check process
- Prepare lease and move-in packages
- Ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing
- Manage all viewing activities
- Ensure the property meets company standards
- Follow up on viewing calls
- Receive feedback after all viewings
- Execute lease renewal program activities
- Prepare lease renewal letters and packages
- Meet with and contact renewing residents
- Ensure lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns
- Take prompt action to solve resident problems
- Document and convey resident requests to appropriate individuals
- Complete all documentation and maintain file notes
- Maintain resident records
- Use property management software to track availability
- Record traffic and leasing activities in software
- Manage resident and prospect data in software
- Capture demographic and other resident information in software
- Organize new community building initiatives and events
- Execute other tasks as instructed by superiors
