Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in internationalen Implementierungsprojekten und fundiertes Projekt- und Change-Management-Wissen
  • Kenntnisse in HR-Systemen wie Workday, Oracle HCM oder Cornerstone von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Hohe Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Menschen
  • Verantwortung übertragen und Strukturen schaffen
  • Authentischer, pragmatischer Führungsstil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Einführung einer globalen HR-Software übernehmen
  • Projektleitung für das strategische Projekt 'UNITE' übernehmen
  • HR-Prozesse des Employee Life Cycles koordinieren
  • Zusammenarbeit zwischen Regionen, Implementierungspartnern und Software-Anbietern koordinieren
  • Transparenten Informationsfluss sicherstellen
  • Internationales Projektteam steuern
  • Projektfortschritt, Budget und Meilensteine überwachen
  • Regelmäßig an das Top-Management berichten
  • Integration mit bestehenden Systemen sicherstellen
  • Harmonisierung globaler HR-Prozesse gewährleisten
  • Change-Management- und Kommunikationsstrategien umsetzen
  • Schulungen für HR-Teams und Endanwender:innen organisieren
