Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience, software delivery for safety-critical applications focus
  • Proven track record leading and delivering large-scale projects
  • Adeptness at managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Highly desirable PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications
  • Good understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations, and related technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and German, both spoken and written

  • Develop project plans, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Manage client expectations
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial control
  • Monitor project financial performance
  • Proactively manage project costs
  • Report budget status to stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control using systems and tools
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Resolve project issues
  • Maintain updated project documentation
  • Facilitate collaboration with vendors and internal teams
  • Support the sales team during pre-sales
  • Prepare sales quotations
  • Manage sales change requests
