- •5+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects
- •Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile/Hybrid methodologies
- •Ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams
- •Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- •Strategic input and budget management skills
- •Business case creation and resource planning skills
- •Pragmatic and results-oriented approach
- •Collaborative nature and intercultural competence
- •Willingness to travel internationally (~25%)
- •Excellent communication skills in English

- •Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
- •Develop detailed project plans and lead reviews

- •Establish a standardized regional PMO governance framework
- •Track regional project CAPEX and OPEX
- •Provide data-driven updates to global and regional teams
- •Foster a PMO culture of accountability and excellence
- •Partner with regional leadership to prioritize initiatives
- •Design and deliver footprint projects with strategy teams
