Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Medical/Scientific Field, Nursing, Business, or equivalent
- Over 5 years of experience in Medical and Clinical Affairs or Project Management
- Strong understanding of medical affairs and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, organisational, and facilitation skills
- Highly organized and business-driven attitude
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- Fluency in English; German or another European language is an advantage
Tasks
- Support planning and execution of Medical and Clinical Affairs initiatives
- Lead large-scale initiatives in the Medical or Clinical field
- Act as a liaison between Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making based on data analysis
- Maintain tool landscape for the HPM Medical Office and facilitate trainings
- Drive annual operating planning procedures and ensure budget alignment
- Coordinate portfolio and prioritization activities with regular reviews
- Prepare and facilitate project reviews and steering committee meetings
- Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Develop project management structures and enhance their usage
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting
- Plan and execute capability-building programs and trainings
- Assist in creating the Scientific Communication Plan with stakeholders
