Requirements
- HTL or higher qualification in electrical engineering, power electronics, mechatronics, automation technology, mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in business development, sales strategy, or product management in electric motors, drives, or industrial automation
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or product development in electric motors, drives, or related industrial equipment
- Hands-on knowledge of motor applications
- In-depth technical expertise in IEC low-voltage motors, motion control solutions, motor sizing, and industrial applications
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions across entire motor portfolio
- Proficiency in motor-specific tools and platforms
- Proficiency in technical specification management systems for low-voltage motor design and lifecycle management
- Excellent collaboration with engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and business units
- Customer-oriented understanding of industrial motor customer segments, application-specific motor requirements, and energy efficiency standards
- Strong analytical skills and market orientation
- Ability to assess competitive landscape in IEC low-voltage motor market
- Ability to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to translate energy efficiency trends and regulatory requirements into actionable strategies
Tasks
- Act as technical interface for ABB products
- Support local sales and customers
- Drive business development and portfolio optimization
- Translate market requirements into offer specifications
- Provide product-related support and consulting
- Introduce and position products in the market
- Identify new product development opportunities
- Define innovative solutions for customer needs
- Handle technical inquiries on drive systems
- Prepare product and presentation materials
- Develop and deliver training content
- Participate in trade fairs and events
- Define business performance targets
- Establish comprehensive KPIs
- Monitor revenue, earnings, margins, and profitability
- Implement strategic initiatives for market share expansion
- Analyze market trends and gaps
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives

- Conduct market observation
- Support product pricing and lead times
- Contribute to offer preparation
- Execute offer lifecycle management
