- Create and maintain operational and analytical dashboards
- Identify and automate manual processes
- Ship one automation project by month three
- Drive cross-functional projects
- Align Finance, Legal, Product, and Analytics on projects
- Support executive-level trade-in strategy
- Review and manage contracts
- Use prioritization frameworks to sequence initiatives
- Communicate trade-offs and project status
