Tasks
- Streamline internal communication
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests with external providers
- Provide essential administrative support for office operations
- Provide essential administrative support for project operations
- Manage the facility fault reporting process
- Log internal requirements for repairs
- Route repair requirements to external providers
- Collaborate with project managers and external vendors
- Collect data for projects
- Request standard quotes from vendors
- Maintain master data systems
- Perform completeness checks on vendor documentation
- Maintain accurate inspection logs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
Work Experience
