Tasks
- Handle network incidents and service requests according to SLAs
- Act as Operator on Duty (OOtW)
- Trigger escalations
- Diagnose and resolve issues across LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, site connectivity, and datacenter links
- Proactively monitor health and performance using Nagios, SolarWinds, and Cacti
- Analyze NetFlow and bandwidth trends
- Identify real-time issues via syslog events
- Conduct retrospective problem analysis using Splunk
- Administer basic firewall rules on Cisco ASA and FMC
- Validate traffic flows according to NOC standards
- Apply structured L1-L7 troubleshooting
- Maintain high-quality knowledge bases and technical documentation
