  • •Strong experience in pharma R&D environments and processes
  • •Experience and enthusiasm for digital transformation, adoption, and change management
  • •Experience with IT systems and data in regulated environments (GxP)
  • •Veeva experience is a strong plus
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • •Structured, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset
  • •Analytical capability for complex situations and multi-initiative environments

  • •Perform cross-R&D analyses and create overviews
  • •Translate technical solutions into R&D-relevant guidance
  • •Lead R&D change management and governance
  • •Manage communications and training enablement
  • •Monitor digital adoption and value realization
  • •Coordinate training with central teams and vendors
  • •Drive continuous improvement through performance indicators
