Requirements

- Stay updated on emerging digital trends
- Champion change management and digital adoption
- Plan and execute IT/digital projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines and budgets
- Set up governance structures and manage scope changes
- Lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration
- Monitor milestones and quality metrics using project management tools
- Ensure quality assurance and user training
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned
