Requirements
EU citizenship, EEA citizenship, Swiss citizenship, Working Holiday Visa, or standing work permit for Austria
Basic knowledge of analogue photography
Detail-oriented and independent working style
Willingness to learn and improve processes
Communicative
Good language skills in German and English
Skilled craftsman not afraid of hands-on work
Basic Photoshop and scanner knowledge
Operational and technical knowledge of Fuji Frontier Minilabs
Experience with Epson flatbed and other film scanners
Tasks
Operate a minilab for film development
Scan and process images
Print analog photos
Provide customer service for film services
Service the minilab equipment
Communicate with service technicians
Manage stock and order materials
Perform backend operations for online lab fulfillment
Check orders and upload photos
Assist with film and development tests
Hand-spool film and perform repairs
