Requirements

  • Erasmus program eligibility (students only, not young entrepreneurs)
  • Enrolled in a university outside Austria
  • Erasmus program eligibility (not enrolled in Austrian universities)
  • First experience/passion in UX, UI, Interface, Human-Centered-Technology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a small team
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German (advantageous)

Tasks

  • Support product design and user flow thinking
  • Analyze pilot user needs, behavior, and feedback
  • Design and improve user flows for new and existing features
  • Investigate reported bugs from a UX and usability perspective
  • Map and document real user journeys
  • Define basic UI principles
  • Create reusable UI component examples for developers
  • Improve and rewrite unclear UI text and microcopy
  • Maintain clear UX and UI documentation
  • Contribute UX/UI and human-centered design knowledge to build product practices

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
