- Process-oriented mindset and standardized procedures adherence
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Customer-focused mindset and user support drive
- Strong motivation to learn and develop dynamically
- Good organizational and communication skills, hands-on attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow guidance
- Working proficiency in English
Tasks
- Provide 1st level IT support via JIRA helpdesk
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and Android
- Support internal and SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Workspace
- Perform routine checks and user access tasks
- Update documentation
- Manage IT asset inventory
- Set up and refurbish devices
- Redeploy devices for new and existing employees
- Assist with equipment upgrades and replacements
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers
- Ensure new joiners receive necessary equipment and access
- Maintain business-critical systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Learn structured troubleshooting approaches
- Follow IT processes to improve system reliability and employee experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree
