  • •Proficiency in MS Office package
  • •Advanced project management skills
  • •Advanced English and German skills (minimum B2 level)
  • •Master’s degree in pharmacy or other life science or scientific field

  • •Manage local Quality Documents and training
  • •Support simplification activities in document management
  • •Assist with local product compliance checks
  • •Handle product technical complaints
  • •Manage contract agreements with internal and external manufacturers
  • •Oversee suppliers and service providers
  • •Document and follow up on deviations, risks, and CAPA
  • •Support computerized systems implementation and change control management
  • •Process and manage product quality reviews at the local level
  • •Participate in the local project team for QualiPSO module implementation
  • •Act as a liaison with other departments and GxP functions
