- •Solid understanding of IT risk, governance, and change management
- •Certifications such as SC‑300, AZ‑500, MS‑102, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 (plus)
- •Structured, proactive builder mindset and comfort owning complex environments
- •Bachelor's degree

- •Manage and optimize Entra ID tenants
- •Automate workflows for user lifecycle processes
- •Govern SaaS applications and SSO configurations
- •Lead IT change initiatives and platform migrations
- •Build operational dashboards to monitor security posture
- •Oversee MDM and endpoint security policies
- •Manage device compliance and remote wipe capabilities
- •Enforce encryption and maintain device audit trails
- •Handle staff onboarding and access provisioning
- •Train teams on identity and security practices
- •Maintain documentation for IT runbooks and procedures
- •Update policies for IT risk and security
- •Oversee IT risk decisions and vendor assessments
- •Monitor compliance and maintain the risk register
- •Review incident root-cause analyses for structural fixes
