  • •Develop and refine the FinOps framework
  • •Define roles and processes for cost allocation and tagging
  • •Manage lifecycle management and accountability standards
  • •Evaluate IT contracts and track vendor spending
  • •Provide recommendations for contract renewals and sourcing decisions
  • •Promote cost-conscious behavior across the organization
  • •Educate stakeholders on IT consumption cost drivers
  • •Define and monitor FinOps KPIs and savings realization
  • •Provide fact-based insights on usage and consumption patterns
