Requirements

  • In-depth IT and Cyber Security knowledge
  • Degree in security/engineering or adequate experience
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management principles
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Vendor independent security certifications
  • Experience in international banking environment

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain group-wide security policies and standards
  • Align security regulations with DORA, ECB, and ISO standards
  • Transform strategic requirements into group-level processes
  • Develop metrics for performance measurement and reporting
  • Advise network unit CISOs on implementing security measures
  • Support business and IT projects with risk definitions
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders across network business units
  • Research and recommend evolving cyber security topics
  • Promote a group-wide information and cyber security culture
  • Act as a central contact for network unit inquiries

Work Experience

  • approx. 4 - 6 years

Education

  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
