Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in IT Operations, IAM, or Cloud Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), M365, identity automation, and SaaS governance
  • Solid understanding of IT risk, governance, and change management
  • Certifications (SC-300, AZ-500, MS-102, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001) (a plus)
  • Builder mindset: structured, proactive, comfortable owning complex environments

  • Design and automate privileged access workflows
  • Govern SaaS applications for security and lifecycle
  • Lead IT change initiatives
  • Manage tenant merges
  • Improve identity architecture
  • Lead platform migrations
  • Roll out operational tooling
  • Build operational dashboards
  • Continuously improve processes, security posture, and efficiency
  • Oversee MDM and endpoint security policies
  • Configure and manage device compliance policies
  • Configure and manage conditional access rules
  • Configure and manage remote wipe capabilities
  • Ensure devices meet security baselines
  • Enforce device encryption
  • Maintain audit trails for device lifecycle events
  • Support staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure appropriate access provisioning
  • Ensure timely access deprovisioning
  • Deliver training on identity management
  • Deliver training on security best practices
  • Deliver training on device compliance
  • Create and maintain IT process documentation
  • Create and maintain runbooks

  • Challenge and oversee IT risk decisions
