- Monitor industry news and external risks
- Lead account performance reviews and scoreboards
- Implement corrective actions for performance deviations
- Lead complex negotiations beyond standard frameworks
- Manage margin-sensitive and strategic RFQs
- Resolve structural operational and supplier issues
- Align departments to ensure commercial success
