- Execute structured quote follow-ups
- Track conversion rates and feedback
- Manage the open order book
- Communicate order updates to customers
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain
- Escalate strategic opportunities to management
- Signal margin pressure and competitive movements
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Ensure account stability and satisfaction
