- •Knowledge of Active Directory
- •Experience with software package deployment
- •Experience with database and networks
- •Familiarity with C# and SQL
- •Excellent problem-solving and results orientation
- •Strong organizational and time management
- •Ability to work under pressure
- •Excellent interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Good working knowledge of German
- •Experience with Moodle or Typo3
- •ITIL certification

- •Respond to IT incidents and service requests
- •Administer user accounts
- •Apply structured incident and problem management
- •Troubleshoot desktop, server, hardware, and software issues
- •Train staff on new tools and technologies
- •Prepare technical guidelines and documentation
- •Manage IT infrastructure and audiovisual systems
- •Support interpretation, telephone, and security systems
- •Protect systems while maintaining high availability
- •Coordinate and support video-conferencing activities
- •Set up IT equipment for lectures and workshops
- •Maintain and enhance the participant database
- •Develop in-house systems using C# and JavaScript
- •Manage SQL back-end databases
- •Support facilities systems connected to operations
