Requirements
- •Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor laws
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or completion of an administrative apprenticeship
- •Over 5 years of experience in HR operations
- •Exceptional skills in planning, organization, problem-solving, and service orientation
- •Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with preferred experience in HRIS systems
- •High attention to detail and precision, capable of maintaining confidentiality
- •Effective communication abilities with strong multitasking capability
- •Fluency in both German and English

Tasks
- •Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- •Manage holidays, sick leave, maternity, and parental leave
- •Respond to employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- •Contribute to improving HR processes and procedures
- •Update the Organization Chart and Manpower List
- •Support expatriates with general requirements
- •Assist in Performance Management and Training & Development
- •Conduct HR onboarding training for new employees
- •Post job ads and conduct interviews
- •Prepare job offers and contracts
- •Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes
- •Collaborate with Accounting for payroll processing
- •Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies
- •Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- •Draft and edit HR-related guidelines and policies
- •Coordinate HR-related events and initiatives
- •Support administrative tasks, including subcontractor administration
