- •Solid understanding of Austrian labor law and HR compliance requirements
- •Proven experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data
- •Ability to manage multiple transactional tasks efficiently
- •High level of discretion and integrity in managing confidential information
- •Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Collaborative team player with a strong problem-solving mindset
- •Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- •Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- •Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Execute and manage employee data change requests in SAP SuccessFactors
- •Maintain HRIS data integrity and organizational hierarchy updates
- •Coordinate interview scheduling with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers
- •Facilitate onboarding and exit processes for new hires and leavers
- •Prepare employment-related letters and documentation
- •Manage personnel files and ensure secure documentation
- •Generate new hire contracts and oversee required paperwork completion
- •Provide timely and accurate HR data and insights for reporting needs
- •Deliver payroll inputs in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams
- •Administer employee benefits and assist with benefit-related queries
- •Handle benefit and payroll escalations with relevant stakeholders
- •Liaise with local authorities for employment-related communication
- •Support HR transactions and administrative processes as needed
- •Ensure compliance with local laws and company regulations
- •Maintain and protect confidential data with care
