- Ensure quality of HR standards
- Serve as a key interface for HR policy development and implementation
- Work closely with the business on planning and performance
- Participate in operational meetings
- Plan short- and long-term workforce requirements
- Manage workforce requirements in line with business needs
- Manage workforce requirements in line with budget needs
- Advise leaders on organizational structures
- Advise leaders on people development
- Analyze roles and organizational needs
- Adapt job profiles accordingly
- Own the full employee lifecycle
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
