- Explain platform product benefits and uses
- Communicate with partners in person, by phone, and by email
- Engage with C or D Level stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of HRS Group tech products
- Build and nurture partner relationships
- Extract and analyze data from various sources
- Help partners achieve their goals with platform products
- Complete administrative tasks in CRM
- Advise and train partners on HRS systems
