Driving new enterprise customer acquisition in Central Europe for business travel technology. C-level engagement and closing deals with a focus on SaaS, technology, or consulting background required. Access to global network, commission plan, and mobility.

- Proven long-term enterprise B2B sales success (SaaS, technology, consulting)
- Proven hunting and new-logo track record
- Demonstrated leadership in enterprise sales (solid line or matrix)
- Deep expertise in value-based, consultative selling
- Deep expertise in structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Ability to build and execute enterprise growth strategies
- Full commercial ownership of growth strategies
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceptional executive communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical mindset

Tasks
- Drive new enterprise customer acquisition in Central Europe
- Engage and close deals with C-level executives
- Build and maintain a network of enterprise decision-makers
- Apply and enforce sales methodologies for predictable outcomes
- Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle
- Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline transparency
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Serve as the senior escalation point for high-value prospects
- Position HRS as a strategic partner through value-based selling
- Recruit and lead a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales cadence and execution discipline
- Collaborate with Channel Sales to leverage partner activities
- Partner with Marketing to generate leads and pipeline
