- Translate insights into actionable strategies
- Work with athletes to improve resilience and self-regulation
- Enhance athletes' mental fitness and performance under pressure
- Coordinate mental performance support across teams and projects
- Align with existing support structures
- Collaborate with coaching and performance staff
- Integrate mental health principles in training and competition
- Establish relationships with external partners
- Strengthen delivery and innovation through partnerships
- Drive development of mental performance approaches
- Assess athletes' mental performance characteristics
- Use multi-dimensional and multi-method approaches
- Translate cognitive and emotional insights into strategies
- Support individual athlete profiling
- Identify strengths and developmental areas
- Explore innovation through emerging technologies
- Apply AI-supported approaches and neuroscience
- Strengthen integration of assessment and training
- Support team in aligning mental performance approaches
