- Experience in Commercial Excellence or comparable commercial role
- Experience in revenue and gross margin steering within P&L
- Understanding of pricing structures, profitability analyses, and mechanisms
- Expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, sales performance management, and business intelligence
- Background in translating strategic frameworks into operational execution
- Experience in cross-functional commercial environments
- Execution mindset with strategic and analytical capabilities
- Confident leadership style and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Tasks
- Translate Commercial Excellence standards into divisional execution
- Steer and embed Commercial Excellence standards within the division
- Define and enforce commercial governance for pricing, CRM, segmentation, and performance
- Develop and implement a company-wide pricing strategy
- Establish and enforce a consistent pricing governance model
- Ensure systematic price realization and profit leak identification
- Drive sales performance management and pipeline transparency
- Ensure high CRM adoption and data quality
- Create transparency on revenue, margin, and key commercial KPIs
- Identify and lead commercial optimization initiatives
- Act as a key interface between Group, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
- Support and drive change by aligning stakeholders
