- Residency and work eligibility in Germany, Switzerland, or Netherlands
- Availability of 32–40 hours per week

- Drive HRIS adoption and standardization
- Oversee global payroll operations
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Implement payroll best practices and systems
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Lead and coordinate People Operations audits
- Escalate audit issues to stakeholders
- Build and manage Works Council relationships
- Ensure timely consultation and collaboration
- Support Works Council processes
- Collaborate with CPO and Practice Leads
- Ensure alignment with business goals
- Facilitate organizational collaboration and communication
- Manage a small People Operations team
- Foster team growth and development
- Coach and empower team members
