Tasks
- Develop global process engineering framework for RPP & STC technologies
- Continuously improve process engineering framework
- Provide technical sign-off for global network projects
- Ensure optimal process design and compliance with standards
- Drive implementation of advanced and automated production processes
- Align processes with safety, sustainability, quality, and cost targets
- Collaborate with Regional Operations on process solutions
- Work with Process and Technology Innovation on process solutions
- Coordinate with Global Capital Project Management on process solutions
- Support new product introductions
- Ensure process and technology readiness for new products
- Develop standardized process engineering best practices
- Deploy best practices across all regions
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Implement productivity enhancement initiatives
- Build global process engineering capabilities
- Manage knowledge sharing initiatives
- Lead training initiatives
