- •Establish go-to-market integration strategies with business sponsors
- •Operationalize and realize identified deal synergies
- •Define key value drivers and KPIs
- •Set integration priorities and operational initiatives
- •Track initiative success against defined targets
- •Collaborate with business teams and functional leaders
- •Identify risks and mitigation plans for business results
- •Prepare and present progress reports to executive leadership
- •Capture lessons learned to improve the M&A playbook
- •Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as required
