Tasks
- Define the digital manufacturing vision and roadmap
- Prioritize digital use cases for production and sustainability
- Ensure scalable and secure regional solutions
- Interface between operations, IT, and digital teams
- Communicate the digital vision to stakeholders
- Deploy core IIoT and MES platforms
- Define governance for OT and digital solutions
- Ensure reliable data acquisition across plants
- Deploy technologies to enhance plant availability
- Implement data governance and analytics strategies
- Prioritize analytics for safety and maintenance
- Maintain data integrity and consistent KPIs
- Enforce OT security strategies and standards
- Secure PLC, DCS, and IIoT platforms
- Partner with IT security on network segmentation
- Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity regulations
- Oversee OT security risk assessments
- Bridge operations, engineering, and supply chain teams
- Align technology with business priorities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary digital manufacturing team
- Drive change management for digital adoption
- Upskill the global and regional organization
