- Drive dual sourcing and supplier qualification for supply continuity
- Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiate long-term agreements focusing on cost and quality
- Report vendor performance metrics to leadership
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Establish a cross-functional network with engineering and operations
- Partner with NPI and engineering for early supplier involvement
- Collaborate with sustainability teams for responsible sourcing
- Maintain expert knowledge of global supply markets and cost drivers
- Monitor market trends and competitive benchmarks
- Identify and implement innovation initiatives with suppliers
- Lead the category team, fostering collaboration and improvement
- Build organizational capability in strategic sourcing and negotiation
- Champion digital procurement tools for data-driven decisions
