- Establish a cross-functional network with engineering and operations
- Partner with NPI and engineering for early supplier involvement
- Collaborate with sustainability teams for responsible sourcing
- Maintain expert knowledge of global supply markets and cost drivers
- Monitor market trends and competitive benchmarks for sourcing decisions
- Identify and implement VA/VE opportunities with suppliers
- Lead category team fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Build capability in strategic sourcing and supplier development
- Champion digital procurement tools for data-driven decision-making
