Requirements
- •Experience in event operations, logistics, or furniture handling

Work Experience

Tasks
- •Supervise furniture setup and dismantling crews at international events
- •Manage furniture inventory, offloading, storage, and packing
- •Allocate furniture correctly according to site layouts
- •Coordinate with logistics, infrastructure, and client relations teams
- •Liaise with transport departments and external suppliers
- •Ensure adherence to schedules and health and safety standards
- •Handle last-minute client requests and operational challenges
- •Plan crew shifts and brief team members
- •Train new team members when required
- •Prepare packing lists and verify truck loading
- •Maintain accurate inventory records and support post-event reporting
- •Contribute to continuous process improvements
- •Plan setup schedules and coordinate warehouse preparation from Vienna
- •Order necessary equipment and ensure team event readiness
