Requirements
- •Experience in event set-up, logistics, catering, or similar operational roles (preferred)
- •Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy furniture
- •Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- •European citizenship (preferred)
- •English communication skills
- •Flexibility for long hours, weekends, and night shifts
- •Teamwork skills under pressure
- •Good understanding of safety procedures
- •Forklift driving license (preferred)
- •Experience in painting, vinyling, or carpentry (preferred)
Tasks
- •Set up and arrange event furniture
- •Dismantle furniture according to floor plans
- •Load and unload furniture safely
- •Pack and unpack items for transport
- •Position furniture efficiently on site
- •Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines
- •Ensure furniture is clean and undamaged
- •Verify correct placement for operational flow
- •Restore or retouch furniture imperfections
- •Redesign pieces using vinyl or paint
- •Rebuild or reinstall metal sockets
- •Follow all health and safety regulations
- •Support last-minute operational changes
