  • Coordinate distributor services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support product launches and commercialization efforts
  • Build and manage relationships with hospital management
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers
  • Monitor market trends and report on competitor data
  • Cultivate partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Assist the regulatory department with product registrations
  • Help secure payments from assigned accounts
  • Coordinate order management and inventory with customer service
  • Support the preparation of tender participation
  • Oversee technical services and external technicians
  • Manage product complaints and field corrective actions
  • Organize medical exhibitions and local training seminars
  • Coordinate customer attendance at educational congresses
  • Implement marketing strategies and utilize selling tools
  • Manage and analyze the profitability of installed monitors
