Tasks
- Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual meetings
- Manage extensive calendar for internal team and clients
- Support team calendars as needed
- Book restaurants and arrange car services
- Arrange comprehensive travel for the family
- Book flights, handle visa applications, and arrange accommodations
- Organize ground transfers and prepare itineraries
- Support other Executive Assistants during leave
- Submit expense reports
- Communicate with staff and family members
- Interact with external parties on behalf of the family
- Oversee property maintenance and renovations
- Manage property upkeep and liaise with contractors
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling appointments
- Check emails, answer phone calls, and manage personal documents
