  • Formal education in hospitality management (hotel studies)

  • Flexible and adaptable working hours

Tasks

  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients
  • Welcome and host visitors
  • Escort visitors to meeting rooms
  • Provide tea and coffee service in conferencing area
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Arrange and oversee conference calls
  • Manage video conferences and presentation equipment
  • Handle incoming switchboard calls
  • Direct and forward switchboard calls
  • Book external restaurants for meetings and events
  • Organize hotel accommodations for guests
  • Arrange taxi services as needed
  • Coordinate special visitor requirements
  • Manage petty cash
  • Prepare and file documents and correspondence
  • Maintain meeting rooms to a high standard
  • Set up meeting rooms with refreshments and stationery
  • Clear meeting rooms post-meeting
  • Support F&B Coordinator during busy periods
  • Assist with breakfast and lunch preparation
  • Manage daily food and catering orders within budget
  • Propose and liaise for menu approval
  • Ensure menu accuracy, including dietary requirements
  • Provide cover for Ground Reception
  • Review and approve reception expenses
  • Respond to general administrative requests
