- •Build a proactive safety culture with leadership
- •Coordinate external EHS service providers
- •Ensure field-service compliance across multiple countries
- •Conduct safety walks and assist with audits
- •Support production processes on-site in Schörfling
- •Analyze incidents and near misses
- •Define corrective actions and perform risk assessments
- •Plan and deliver safety trainings and briefings
- •Conduct emergency drills and toolbox talks
- •Monitor KPIs and trends using Cority software
- •Drive continuous EHS improvements
- •Collaborate with authorities and emergency organizations
