Requirements

  • Technical education (Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Water/Wastewater, or similar)
  • 1-4 years experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support, Inside Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, or similar technical B2B role
  • Relevant internships or thesis experience considered for early-career profiles
  • Background or exposure to water and/or wastewater treatment
  • Experience with UV disinfection is a strong plus
  • Willingness to be based in Austria
  • Predominantly on-site presence
  • Mandatory fluency in German
  • Mandatory fluency in English
  • French is a plus

  • Support RFQs for pre-engineered UV systems
  • Provide tender clarifications
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate quote data in Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes
  • Ensure data quality standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support order handover
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales support processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales support tools
